Let me give you a quick summary for why I bought this meat slicer:1. I desperately wanted to make Korean BBQ.2. I knew I could provide meat cheaper than the pre-sliced stuff.3. It’s simple to assemble and clean.4. It comes with a spare blade. Look, I know there are a few models on Amazon that look *very similar* to each-other. I opted to get this Befen model because it offered a few extra pieces over the competition. Fair enough, right? A spare blade makes me feel like I’ll be able to use this for a while longer than the rest. Enough about how it stands apart from the competition, how well does it work? The answer? Very well. It takes almost no effort to make each slice, and it’s so easy to dial in the thickness of each cut. Gosh it’s so easy to just whip out a cut of frozen beef and have a bowl full of supremely thin beef. Not only that, I use this slicer for radish wraps as well. It’s a 2-in-1!If you’re on the fence, just take the leap. I love mine, I’m sure you will love yours too.
